Elio Cheesecakes by TLB Kitchen provides this website to browse our collection, place orders, manage your account and receive order updates.
Your account
Use accurate contact information and keep your sign-in details and private order links safe. Google sign-in is an optional way to access your Elio account. Creating a customer account does not grant access to the kitchen dashboard.
Ordering and payment
Product availability, prices, discounts and delivery fees are shown during checkout. Review the total, fulfillment date and contact details before placing an order. Orders require full initial payment and manual review of the payment proof. The order page shows the upload deadline and current payment and fulfillment status. Submitting an order or uploading a receipt does not mean the payment has already been approved.
Pickup, delivery and changes
Your order page provides the relevant pickup or delivery details. Delivery arrival times are not guaranteed. For changes, cancellations, refunds or payment concerns, contact the kitchen with your order reference so the team can review your request. Refund transfers are handled directly by the team.
Offers and newsletter codes
Promo codes require an eligible verified Elio account and are subject to the code’s discount, minimum, usage limits and expiry. Delivery fees are excluded from product discounts. Personal newsletter codes are tied to the subscribed email. A newsletter code may be reused after its order is refunded or cancelled, within its original expiry. Rejoining the newsletter does not issue another welcome code. See newsletter offer details and the terms included with your issued code.
Personal thank-you vouchers
Eligible paid website orders may earn a voucher once marked complete, according to the campaign active at that time. POS orders and in-person event sales do not qualify. A campaign may apply to the first completed order or to repeated completed orders, with a per-customer issue limit. Offers are not guaranteed for every order.
Your issued voucher shows its discount, minimum product spend, maximum discount where applicable, and expiry in Manila time. It is personal and single-use on website checkout, with one code per order. Delivery is excluded. Signing up, signing in or rejoining the newsletter does not restart expiry or issue a replacement. Guest purchasers must verify an account using the same checkout email. Later campaign changes apply to new vouchers; issued vouchers keep their original terms.
If the qualifying order is cancelled or refunded, its unused thank-you voucher becomes unavailable. Cancelling or refunding an order that used a personal voucher releases that use within the original expiry. Pending unpaid orders reserve a code until the order is paid, cancelled or expires. Website maintenance
New orders may be paused during website maintenance. If payment-proof uploads are paused for maintenance, an eligible unpaid order keeps its remaining upload time when service resumes. Already-expired orders are not reopened.
