Privacy at Elio

Elio Cheesecakes by TLB Kitchen uses the information you provide to manage your account, prepare your purchases, and communicate with you.

Accounts and Google sign-in

When you use Google sign-in, Google provides basic profile information, such as your name, email address, profile picture and account identifier. Our authentication provider, Supabase, stores this information to identify your account and sign you in. Elio uses your account email to associate your orders and check account-specific offers. Google sign-in does not give Elio access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files.

Orders and payments

We use buyer and recipient names, contact details, delivery addresses, order instructions, selected products, and payment references or proof you submit to process and support your order. Authorized kitchen team members can review this information. Delivery details needed for fulfillment may be shared with the courier handling your order. Payment-proof images are stored privately and are available to authorized team members.

Newsletters

Joining the Elio Newsletter is optional. The newsletter signup form and optional checkout checkbox join you immediately, without requiring an order or payment. We use your subscribed email for news, offers and promo codes, and our email provider, Resend, processes delivery and subscription preferences. You can unsubscribe through a newsletter email or your account’s email preferences. Necessary account and order emails continue. We retain your welcome-offer history so that rejoining does not issue another new-subscriber code.

Thank-you offers and vouchers

We may award a personal voucher after an eligible paid website order is marked complete. We use your order history, account identifier or checkout email to check eligibility, issue the code, prevent duplicate rewards and record redemption. If you are subscribed to the Elio Newsletter, we may send a separate thank-you message with your code after completion. This is separate from necessary order updates and does not automatically enroll anyone in the newsletter.

Vouchers appear in My vouchers. For guest purchases, verify an Elio account with the same checkout email to access the code. Existing newsletter welcome codes retain their original expiry and usage history. Owners can review campaign totals and issued-code activity, including paid sales and email delivery status. Promotional email preferences are respected; changing this notice does not subscribe you or undo an opt-out.

Website analytics

If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics helps us understand visits to our public storefront, including pages viewed, browser and device information, and general traffic sources. Analytics is optional and stays off until you allow it. We do not add your name, email address, order details or payment information to analytics events, and advertising features are disabled. Private account, administration and order views are excluded.

Your analytics choice is remembered on this browser for 180 days. You can change it below. Turning analytics off does not affect shopping, your account or email preferences.

Storage and service providers

The website uses browser storage for your sign-in session, shopping basket and newsletter-popup preferences. Our hosting, authentication, database, file-storage and email providers process information needed to operate these features. We retain account, order and payment records to manage the service, keep accounting records and resolve order concerns.

Your choices and requests

You can manage newsletter preferences in your account and remove Elio’s Google sign-in access through your Google account settings. Removing Google access does not by itself delete Elio order records.
